Boys Varsity Track vs. New Haven & Eastpointe

The boys track team had split last night with a win against Eastpointe (69-45) and a loss to New Haven (48-75). Xander Frink, Wyatt Roth, Korbin Tracy and Gabe Stevens started off the meet sweeping the 4x800 relay against both schools and added wins in almost all events. Cole Wycoff earned 1st & 2nd place in 110HH and 300 low hurdles against both teams and a 2nd and 3rd in long jump and 1st in 4x400 with fellow teammates Wyatt Roth, Gabe Rey and Gabe Stevens. Caden Jones added a 2nd in 110 HH, a 2nd & 3rd in 300 hurdles, and 1st & 2nd in 1600. Ivan Louris placed 1st & 2nd in the 100, 2nd in the 400 and double 1st in 200 and long jump. Gabe Rey added 3rd place in the 100 & 400 and Portland Kellam-Johnson took a 3rd in the 200. Korbin Tracy added a 2nd & 3rd in the 800 and Xander Frink added 1st & 2nd in the 3200, and 2nd & 3rd in the 1600. Rounding out the meet was Jack Smith with 1st & 3rd in shot put and 1st & 2nd in discus. Great job by all
