Trojans beat best times at University Liggett Cross Country Invitational

Clawson runners took full advantage of the flat course at the Liggett Invitational on Saturday
Ryan Lodato's 18:40 for the 5k race was one minute and fifteen seconds faster than his previous best time and gives him the 14 fastest time in the region this year.
While their drops were not as large as Ryan's, Claire Thomson and Abbey Lodato each recorded personal records. Claire won the race in 19:36 and Abbey finished 3rd with a time of 20:17.
The two runners remain the top seeds for the regional meet.
